Ordering and Payment
This store accepts payments in the form of American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. Payments are processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of order.
Any e-mail provided upon checkout must be accurate to recieve order confirmation and updates.
Shipping and Handling Policy
All orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post (AusPost). Orders are processed in 3-5 business days from the order (Monday to Friday).
Shipping cost is set at a flat rate for international orders based on distance traveled and may be reviewed upon checkout completion.
Orders are mailed in 18x11cm padded mailers or small shipping boxes.
Tracking numbers are issued for all international and express domestic packages.
Domestic orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders may take 3-6 weeks to arrive. Delivery times are subject to change based on weather, postal complications, or public holidays and are outside Pokee Shop's control.
International orders may incur import fees charged by the recieveing country. Pokee Shop is not responsible for these fees and must be paid by the buyer.
Lost, Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Merchandise will be refunded, excluding shipping charges, if the product is found to be defective or damaged. If your package arrives damaged contact us immediately and keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. Please provide pictures of the damage if possible to expedite the process.
Lost or erronious packages will be replaced provided the shipping address submitted at the time of purchase was absolutely correct. Please contact us if your package has not arrived 2 weeks past the designated time frame, or if you have recieved incorrect merchandise.
Lost parcels are subject to verification, Pokee Shop is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping information provided by the buyer.
