Shipping

All orders are shipped from Australia via the Australian Postal Service (AusPost).

Orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period regardless of chosen shipping method.

General Order & Shipping Information

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days of purchase (between Monday to Friday).

Shipping costs are a flat rate for standard postage based on travel distance, and may be reviewed in cart and prior to checkout. Tracking numbers are issued to all international orders.

Domestic orders include free letter post shipping, but may be upgraded to express shipping for a cost.

International orders may incur customs fees by the recieving country for importing items. Pokee Shop is not responsible for these fees, which must be paid by customers upon import.

EU & UK Ordering

Both the EU & UK have implemented new tax laws as of 2021. All international packages of any value are subject to 20% VAT fees and possible handling charges. Please be aware of this extra cost before placing an order, as the buyer is responsible for paying any fees due upon import. Shipping costs will not be refunded for packages returned due to nonpayment of duties and must be paid again for packages to be re-sent.
My ETSY store will remain open to any EU & UK customers, as the site will automatically invoice the VAT fee for a greater ease of purchase.
